If you’ve ever watched a rock doc, there’s always a moment where the addition of one thing changes everything in the recording studio.
For some it’s a cowbell, the sound of footsteps or a whizzing toy whistle. For us, the spatial equivalent to this experience is finding the right rug for a room that's crying out for comfort.
When we're not shearing sheep or weaving, members of our team are combing through the folds of the internet to find people who have invested in a Beni rug and found the perfect spot for it. Tuning your internal clock to the pace of nature is a good rule of thumb if you're interested in seeing the world for all it's worth. Zoom out just so and you'll see the seed before the sunflower and the sheep before the rug. It's a beautiful, no-doubt spiritual, thing to cup gratitude in your hands like water.
